There comes a moment in every woman's life when she realizes she cannot heal by abandoning herself any longer.
Maybe you've spent years caring for everyone else.
Maybe you've followed every diet, every program, every expert, hoping someone else held the answers.
Maybe you've achieved success on the outside while quietly feeling disconnected from yourself on the inside.
Or perhaps life has brought you to a place of profound change—grief, illness, transition, awakening—and something within you whispers:
There has to be another way.
I believe there is.
Not another quick fix.
Not another list of things to do.
But a return.
A return to the wisdom that has always lived within you.
A return to the woman you were before the world told you who you needed to become.
A return to your body as a place of safety instead of struggle.
A return to trusting your own heart.
This is Devotion to Wholeness.
It is not simply a wellness program.
It is not merely health coaching.
It is a way of living.
It is choosing, every day, to remain in faithful relationship with your body, your heart, your nervous system, your spirit, and your deepest truth.
Through regenerative health, nervous system healing, somatic practices, breathwork, compassionate coaching, and soulful inquiry, I guide women back to the place where healing becomes less about fixing themselves and more about remembering themselves.
Because I don't believe you are broken.
I believe your body has been protecting you.
I believe your soul has never forgotten who you are.
And I believe wholeness is not something you achieve.
It is something you remember.
Feeling peaceful in your own body.
Trusting yourself again.
No longer living from exhaustion, fear, or survival.
Feeling deeply connected to your intuition.
Making decisions from clarity instead of obligation.
Living with vitality, presence, joy, and purpose.
Not because your life became perfect...
But because you finally stopped leaving yourself.
If something inside you is quietly saying yes…
If your soul is longing for a different way…
If you're ready to experience healing that honors your whole being—
I would be honored to walk beside you.
Welcome to Devotion to Wholeness.
Welcome home.
"I will not leave myself. I will trust what is unfolding. I will let my life become an expression of the truth I am discovering. This is my devotion."
— Annie Reed, RN, MBA, MSHNFM
Doctor of Natural Medicine
Regenetive Health Practitioner
If you had asked me years ago who I was, I would have answered with what I did.
I was a registered nurse.
A health coach.
A wife.
A mother.
A student who never stopped learning.
For more than forty years, I devoted my life to caring for others. I earned advanced degrees, certifications, and eventually a Doctor of Natural Medicine because I deeply believed there had to be a more complete way to support healing. I saw that people needed more than medications and diagnoses—they needed to be seen as whole human beings.
But while I was helping others find their way back to health, there were parts of myself I had quietly left behind.
Like many women, I became very good at carrying responsibilities, solving problems, being strong, and putting everyone else's needs before my own. From the outside, it looked like I had built a meaningful life. Yet beneath the surface, I was still searching for something I couldn't quite name.
Then life asked me to stop.
The loss of my husband after thirty-six years together changed everything.
Grief has a way of stripping away every identity you thought defined you. It asks questions you cannot answer with knowledge or credentials. It invites you into a place where the only way forward is through your own heart.
As I walked through that season, something unexpected began to happen.
Instead of trying to become someone new, I began remembering someone very old.
The woman beneath the striving.
The woman beneath the fear.
The woman beneath the conditioning.
The woman my soul had quietly been waiting for me to meet.
I discovered that healing was never about fixing myself.
It was about learning not to abandon myself.
Through breathwork, nervous system regulation, regenerative health, HeartMath, time in nature, deep reflection, and a willingness to sit with what was true instead of what was comfortable, I began experiencing something I had searched for my entire life.
Not perfection.
Not certainty.
But peace.
A sense of spaciousness.
A profound feeling of belonging—not because someone else finally accepted me, but because I finally came home to myself.
That realization changed everything.
I began to understand that beneath so much of our anxiety, exhaustion, people-pleasing, chronic stress, and even many of our physical symptoms is a deeper longing:
To know we are safe.
To trust ourselves.
To belong to our own souls.
To remember that we have always been whole.
That is why I created Devotion to Wholeness.
It is not simply a program.
It is not another set of protocols or a promise of quick transformation.
It is an invitation into a different way of living.
A way of living that honors your body as wise.
Your emotions as messengers.
Your nervous system as worthy of compassion.
Your soul as your greatest guide.
It is a space where women are gently supported as they release the old stories of who they believed they had to be and begin living from the truth of who they have always been.
Today, I bring together everything I have learned—as a nurse, regenerative health practitioner, Doctor of Natural Medicine, coach, breathwork facilitator, and, most importantly, as a woman who continues to walk this path herself.
I don't stand before you as someone who has arrived.
I walk beside you as someone who has learned that healing is not a destination.
It is a relationship.
A relationship with your body.
With your truth.
With your breath.
With your life.
And above all…
A relationship with yourself.
My hope is that every woman who enters this space discovers what I am still discovering every day:
That wholeness was never something we had to earn.
It was something we were always meant to remember.
Welcome.
I'm honored you're here.
With love,
Annie
